What days and what time are conferences?
Teacher conference will be held on Tuesday, September 20th and Wednesday, September 21st from 3:30pm-7pm.
What will conferences look like?
Due to student privacy concerns, we are ending the practice of doing conferences in our commons area. Instead, teachers will be scheduling 5-minute appointments in their classrooms or via zoom.

• Tuesday, September 20th: Teachers will be scheduling conference on ZOOM from 3:30pm-7pm.
• Wednesday, September 21st: Teachers will be scheduling IN PERSON conferences from 3:30pm-5:30pm in their individual classrooms. Drop in conferences (no appointment needed) can be done IN PERSON from 5:30-7pm.

How do I make an appointment?
Teachers will be sending out appointment sign ups via parent square. You will need to select an appointment time for each individual teacher you would like to meet with. If you have issues making the appointment on Parent Square, you may email the individual teacher and they can help you pick a time that works. Teachers have been asked to prioritize students based on classroom performance. If you are not contacted by the teacher and would like to schedule a time, please email the teacher. If you need translation services, please leave a comment on your appointment so that teachers are prepared to meet your needs.
What else should I know about conferences?
Respecting teacher and parent time is very important. Each appointment is 5 minutes in length. Please be on time. If you are late to the appointment, you will need to reschedule. If your conference needs to continue past the 5 minutes, we ask that you end the conference and schedule a follow up meeting at a later date. Childcare will be provided in the gym on Wednesday, September 21st from 3:30pm-7pm.
